"Thank you.so much for the wonderful afternoon tea that you organised for my mums 70th birthday celebration. I can only give 5 stars ???? but you deserve more. mum was delighted the sandwich choice and cakes were excellent and we have had afternoon tea in many 4 and 5 star hotels and it beats all of them. thank.you to all.the staff for being there for us during lockdown and now working through a different way of working. recommend to all my family and friends."

"Had a midweek lunch here. No booking, but no problem. Parking IS a bit difficult. On street parking is not practicable. A wee car park across the road was almost full, but we managed to squeeze in to the last available space. Had seen good reviews on Google and was not disappointed. Ambience and service was smart, polite and efficient. Food quality amazing! So good! Reviews I read said it was quite expensive and, indeed, it IS on the higher end of the price bracket but, I think, justifiably so certainly a two course lunchtime menu for less than £13 not too bad at all. The whole place was very, very clean, including the toilets. Was driving today, so I couldn 't drink wine, but my wife 's glass of same looked fabulous and, apparently, tasted the same. As Arnold Schwarzenegger says I 'll be back!"
