"We enjoyed a lovely breakfast here. Smoked Salmon with poached eggs and Avocado on toast with poached egg. Lovely staff, busy bakery. They made filled rolls for us to take away, we also took a Corned Beef slice away for later. Managed to resist the delicious cakes! Having used this lovely café before, we will be back when next in the area."

"I have only ever left 2 reviews on Tripadvisor in the past 10+ years, however, I feel so disappointed with the meal and customer service which my husband and I experienced this evening that I feel compelled to leave a review. I ordered a lasagne which was so incredibly salty! It got to a point that after each mouthful all I could taste was salt on my lips. I struggled to eat it and managed to eat just under half, I then had to leave the rest. When the table was cleared I asked the waitress if the chef had tasted the lasagne that was being served this evening, I explained that it was incredibly salty which is why I had to leave it. The waitress said she would let the Chef know. When we went to pay, we were charged for the lasagne, my husband asked if they had received the feedback about the lasagne and the barman just smiled and said 'yes '.... no apology or offer of trying to make it right. I am so disappointed and upset with the quality of the food, however, if my feedback/complaint had been dealt with in a professional manner we would visit the Dun Cow again but due to the poor customer service we will not be returning."

"Absolutely lovely! Really tasty and spicy not bland! I had chilli/garlic chowmein house special! O wow! My husband had house special curry and chips. Loads to eat and really special take away! Totally recommend! Also have to mention they have taken massive covid protection and no contact is made ."

"Hot shot parmo, chips and salat for £6.30 delicious snacks. make sure they have salt, pepper and seasoned to hand. I also have no idea why people are stuck in salat!"
