"Myself and my partner stayed here for a birthday get away and we couldn't have picked a better hotel, You could not fault the service as the staff could not have been more polite, accommodating and helpful, our room was beautiful and peaceful. We had our evening meal, which was for my birthday in their restaurant, the food and service was splendid, staff were ever so friendly and the food was amazing. We opted for the cooked breakfast which was an addition as continental is included in the price and again the food was cooked to perfection. Definitely a hotel to choose if you like a quality break away and we will see ourselves coming back again and again, also dining in the restaurant should we just wish to have a meal out of an evening. Rooms: Lovely decor, clean, tidy and well kept Food drinks: Splendid variety and cooked beautifully"

"I've visited a couple of times for afternoon tea which is absolutely delicious! Staff are wonderful too. I came today with my 4 year old who thoroughly enjoyed his afternoon tea, the staff were great with him, joking about and giving him books to look at. A truly fabulous tea room xx"
