"Quality hotel, it feels special as soon as it enters the building. the reception was friendly and attentive, check-in was quick and easy. the rooms were clean, comfortable and beautiful. the bed was very comfortable and large. the bathroom was very nice and the shower is the best I ever was, the pressure and the flow was amazing. if you want to eat a change from the hotel, there are some amazing restaurants just miles away in South Queen."

"Unfortunately we booked for two nights and they changed our room while we were out for the day. They didn 't tell us anything and downgrated for some reason that still is not clear to us. As a hotel manager I know this is not acceptable. Normally I only leave good reviews, but I cannot not share this. Really unprofessional if you ask me. The Dakota Hotel in Glasgow however is 5 star plus. I would be proud to be the hotel manager there. Rooms: 3"

"For the first time today.I have never heard of it, so I wonder, is it a new business? Anyway, the breakfast in the bistro that was nice and good priced. had my 2 children with me and the staff was very friendly and accommodating with them. will be defo back and recommend this place to friends thanks to a lot."

"Booked a table and went yesterday to watch rugby. Met with a warm friendly approach and shown to our table upstairs. Service fast, great prices, great atmosphere and the extra touches piper, free drink and pie was genious Erin our waitress was fab. Def recommend and will be back. Thank you for a great day."

"Went for lunch and had fish and chips. Portion was substantial. Enjoyed the scenery and food with family members. Enjoyed our visit Kid-friendliness: Pencils and paper for kids to draw. Good menu for them too. Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Fish and Chips and Mushy Peas"
