"We came here around 12noon the place is packed and almost all tables are booked. They offered us tables on a floating hut with an additional charge of 300 per table. We were around 15 persons at the time so we had to take 2 tables. The problem is the serving time is no different than the tables back in the main restaurant. Paying for the tables does not do much justice and its a rainy day also so there's not much to see and the lake can be viewed from any seat at the main restaurant. We opted to wait back in the main restaurant while waiting for our orders and got a hut just beside the lake too no table charges. We ordered fried chicken, pancit bam i, chicharon tilapia, kinilaw na tilapia and pork sinigang. I love the presentation of the rice, its served with fried egg on top with veggies on the side. The most notable dishes are chicharon tilapia and kinilaw. They serve the chicharon cracklings and the fish bone is served in the middle too. Their kinilaw has that distinct tangy taste that sets it apart from the cuisine in most of Luzon. I'm not sure if its because of the calamansi and Mayo mix but its definitely not cured in Vinegar. Their serving time took about an hour and most dishes are for groups and priced moderately. Payment is cash only."
