"Best saag paneer in the city. i’ve never tried anything else on the menu because it’s physically impossible for me to order anything else when i go here. would love to know how much spinach goes into one order bc it’s so, so dense. sorry to anyone who prefers a watery saag — this is the opposite and it’s perfect"

"The Green Goddess drink, featuring almond milk, banana, pineapple, spinach, kale, and a double dose of vanilla protein, defied my preconceived notions regarding greens in protein beverages. Typically averse to the bitter aftertaste often associated with kale and spinach in such concoctions, I was pleasantly surprised by the remarkable blend offered by this drink. It proved to be an unparalleled delight, elevating my expectations for greens-based beverages. The amalgamation of almond milk, banana, pineapple, spinach, kale, and the double vanilla protein resulted in an exceptionally well-balanced and flavorful drink. The usual bitterness was notably absent, replaced instead by a symphony of complementary flavors that seamlessly intertwined, delivering a genuinely enjoyable and invigorating experience. This Green Goddess creation transcended my initial reservations, emerging as a testament to masterful mixology and flavor harmony.Furthermore, the Daily Detox drink, comprising apple, carrot, lemon, and cucumber, exemplified precision in balance and taste. Its smooth and harmonious fusion of ingredients was commendable, offering a refreshing and satisfying drinking experience. Not only did it go down effortlessly, but its effectiveness in fulfilling its detoxifying purpose was evident, leaving a positive impression of vitality and rejuvenation. In summary, both the Green Goddess and the Daily Detox drinks excelled beyond expectations. The former, despite my aversion to certain greens, triumphed with an exquisite blend of flavors, while the latter showcased a meticulous balance that seamlessly delivered on its detoxifying promise. These drinks earn a resounding 10/10 rating, and without hesitation, I express my admiration and eagerness to reorder, as they left an indelible mark with their exceptional quality and delightful taste."

"In the neighborhood frequently and always thought about trying this place, but in the past we would go when it just closed, etc. Went recently for lunch food was very lackluster. Bibimbap is easy it 's rice with vegetables, but it 's not easy to make great as it is so basic. Rice used way too much water so was overcooked an didn 't mix well. Vegetables and tofu were fine. The bowl wasn 't heated enough so the rice and vegetables didn 't properly cook and sizzle at the bottom of the bowl. So the extra cost for the hot stone pot wasn 't worth it. The korean pancake was oddly shaped exactly like a pizza and was quite doughy and also lackluster. Not sure if this was done on purpose or they used a pizza grill of some kind to make their korean pancakes. Anyway would definitely not order that again. For authentic korean food, this place was a disappointment. The burgers and KFC looked great though and most of the people eating beside us were all eating burgers or chicken. May try that next time. Anytime a place is designated as fusion generally you aren 't going to get really authentic food which I expected in the back of my mind which is probably why I didn 't make a strong push to come here all this time. Waiter was great one man show doing everything. Interior was welcoming. Nice overall place, just wouldn 't go for the authentic korean dishes."

"This review is for the pop up Guevara's inside of Mekelburg's market by Domino Park at 319a Kent Ave, Brooklyn. We've eaten here once after they first opened and twice as take away, I think each time has gotten a little bit better for me as I figure out what I like there. The first time I went they made my vegan chilaquiles with a chicken egg because they didn't seem to have the vegan kitchen up and running yet and were cooking out of the Meckleburg kitchen. But since then I've had the B.E.C. which I liked but don't love the king trumpet bacon because it's hard to chew; the Bagel Lox which was yummy with the vegan cream cheese but didn't love the red pepper lox, and then tried the chilaquiles a second time and this time it was very good but next time will say hold the onions because there's a ton of onion in their version. They were sold out of empanadas the last time we went which was disappointing but will definitely go back to give those a try! Staff person working the Guevara stand was very nice and made a really nice vegan latte. They had a band outside playing lively Latin music which was fun."
