"I was late, my order ca. 45 minutes after completion, but they still waited for me and it was still warm! Unfortunately, they were weakened when I came in so that they first mixed my pizza fortunately I noticed because of the size difference). Then they had difficulty finding my order in the payment box and had to help another customer in the delay. I think they accidentally canceled my order. After I had tried to create a new payment with a regular large pizza at 20% off $15), I showed them my entrance where I had ordered the online $7.99 carry out. "Last night we ordered a pizza that took over 2 hours to be delivered. We tried to call them, however, we were unable to reach them. Today we called and spoke with Mori, who was very nice and professional. He explained that due to some unforeseen circumstances, which one was a car accident, he was down to one driver last night. He kindly offered a free meal for exactly we had ordered for our next order. Times are hard these days with finding hard workers and I know it was a very difficult night and I appreciate his wonderful attitude in explaining what had happened and offering a free pizza."

"The employees try their hardest considering the situation they have been put in. No one wants to be a delivery driver because of the horrible pay. So don't order delivery. Dominos is not the only franchise going through this, Marcos Pizza has the same thing going on. There are no delivery drivers. If you don't like that instead of making ratings on their stores. Encourage Dominos the corporation (the ones who make the actual decisions, not the store) to pay their drivers more. Its good to get mad but you are getting mad at the wrong person. If you really can't go pick up a pizza and need one order off of uber eats or grubhub your preferred food service app."

"Today was my lucky day, food was ready in minutes(pizza, 3 pastas, salad, wings, etc), it was also perfectly cooked, even my picky kids were half way done with theirs and asked me if we can order again tomorrow, I said yes. The cherry on top was the lady at the store, this kind of awesome people comes very rarely, definitely a keeper, super nice, please don't let her go anywhere...at the end after 6 years buying food from this store today was the best...Kudos."

"DO NOT. I REPEAT. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE. I've been a loyal domino's customer but this store is straight up awful. Stores have off days from time to time and I get it but this store is nothing but problems always. Our previous order the crust was awful and wrong and we just decided to write it off to a bad day but this order was very late and lukewarm and when we called we were on hold for 20+ minutes and no answer. Save yourself the headache. Will be charging back my purchase through my bank because I can't even get someone on the phone to issue a refund."
