"I’m not sure what has happened to this place. When I first started ordering from here about 6-9 months ago I was quite happy with the food I was getting. The burritos were tasty, the quesadillas were filling, and the queso was perfect.However, my last 3 orders have been lacking. Not only has the food quality gone down, but I haven’t received a correct order. Something is always missing from the order. The items that I do receive don’t taste as good as they used to. The quesadillas are covered in grease, to the point where it is dripping from the box.Whoever is on quality control for this restaurant needs to take a look at what is being sent out to customers."

"Nacho chips are not greasy at all. Qusedilla tasted good. But the server forgot to pack sauces when i order takeout. Good food for quick. I think it is better than uncle julio and chipotle. It is a bit dark inside i think that is why people might walk pass over it. They should increase food portion size for the price. But overall good tasty food. Some reviewers says the servers wasnt friendly or said hi. But you go in for food, not for the servers to welcome you. This is a food joint to eat not a consulting service to chat with you."

"I work on this chipotle and I understand these reviews, but people also need to realize from a worker perspective that it is not easy for us. we have several tasks not only one, we need to prioritize online orders via in person customers due to the time window. we will be on online orders in the opposite to person. also we don't get to choose the portions, we will be overlooked by the managers and have to follow protocol, otherwise we will be scolded. during a rush there will be an obvious chaos, because it will be rushed with commands and will not have time to clean up. sometimes we are underoccupied and overworked. we are tired and still have to be energetic to enlighten customers. the orders are sometimes grounded by new orders that appear before later orders. we apologize for confused orders and we always try our best to change orders. it is not easy to work in the food industry."
