"Have eaten here twice now. The first time they had only been open a few months, the second time just recently. There lemongrass pork skewers were excellent. There rare beef and beef balls soup was good. The service is ok, but a bit chaotic. We were first to sit down, but last to be served. I hope they introduce back there spicy pork soup. In summary, nice little good value Vietnamese restaurant, and we will go back. However, if they are to meet there stated goal of being the best Vietnamese restaurant in Brisbane, they still have a way to go...but keep working on it guys. I would also suggest you make the inside of the restaurant a bit more cosy to sit in."

"This is our favourite cooked seafood café in Brisbane. It is mainly geared for takeaways but there is a small eat-in area as well. The fish is available cooked battered, crumbed or grilled with a good selection of fish varieties cooked to perfection. We always ask for our chips to be cooked crispy and they are always done to our liking. Excellent crumbed prawn cutlets and calamari. We usually use the takeaway service, placing our order by phone and it is always ready to pickup on time. It is an enjoyable Friday night dine at home experience."

"Pleasantly Suprised. My partner and I decided to take my parents out to dinner. Upon asking them what cuisine they would prefer, they both said chinese. A good chinese restaurant is hide to find in Brisbane. After an extensive search on google and reading the urbanspoon reviews, I decided to go with Sun Sun chinese restaurants. <br/>We were greeted kindly by a friendly waiter who showed us to our table, The restaurant was busy and the whole time we were there, the line for the takeaway orders was constant. The menu is huge, it took us some time to figure out what we wanted to order. All the favourites were on the menu, satay chicken skewers, black bean chicken, sizzling garlic prawns, mongolian lamb.. so much variety! Service was prompt and our food came out pretty fast. For mains we ordered a few dishes and shared. My favourite was the satay chicken. Beautiful spices and not too sweet. Chicken portions were very generous. The garlic fish was to die for cooked to perfection and once again, generous servings of fish mixed with crunchy vegetables. My least favourite however was the mongolian lamb. It was sickly sweet. Being Indian, I like my food a bit spicy and mixing sweet with a main dish is a big no for me. Not to my taste, but as the waiter said perfect for the western culture. To finish off my partner had deep fried icecream which I took a bite of. BEST deep fried icecream ever. Loved the toasted coconut! Overall we had a lovely evening, the food was wonderful and the service of our waiter was highly commandable. See you again soon, Sun Sun!"

"Not being a big fan of Thai, I wasn't overly impressed to be going here.Thankfully I was very impressed with the food and service. The entrees were served quickly, four different ones for our party of four and then we ordered three mains to share, the combination of entrees and three mains being perfect for the four of us.The entrees were excellent and could have made a meal of them.Especially outstanding was the yellow curry, one of the best I have ever had, but the fish ginger stir fry was too lacking in ginger for me. The pork egg noodles were pretty good.We were seated inside but there was too much noise for my liking and it would have been better to be outside where our conversations would have been easier. Both inside and outside were packed so they must have a great reputation.Service was quick and friendly and I would be happy to go back again."

"Stumbled upon this restaurant after realising that Wok Me was closed....but wow, what a great meal we had! My fussy kids loved their noodles (Pad Hokkien), as did my partner and I Larb Gai and Pad Kee Mao. Very fresh, great flavours, we will definitely order from here again."
