"Have been to this place many times over the last several years. Was always awesome pizza. Always made excellent pizzas and curries. Ordered two pizza's after my kids soccer game. Never checked the box because they are always good. This last time we were driving down the road back home and the kids couldn't wait so they opened the box. One pizza was burnt and the other was under cooked. Called the place back to tell them because in the past they fix any mistakes. She said oh sorry. We had a new girl making pizza and went to hang up and I said well are you going to give me a credit for next time or what?? She said again we had a new girl sorry. I said that is not my fault. She hurrily said we will give you a new pizza next time then. I said don't you want to take my name down? She said no. Just tell the person when you order. So today, just two days later, I thought I should get the replacements before too much time passes. I call and the person answering says they have no record of a free pizza on their pad. Puts me through to a manager and he says they have no record, sorry. I tell him the story and said how would I know you had a new person making pizza unless someone told me? He said the best I can do is give you $5 off your order. Of course I complained still and voiced my dissatisfaction. The problem is that this place is too busy. When they are that busy they don't care if they tick one person off. They lost one regular customer tonight. Plus I will tell everyone here and everyone I bump into not to go there. Was it really worth it? The owners should fire this manager because clearly he has no people skills or understanding of how good service works. There is TONNES of pizza joints around Surrey. Don't order from here. Go to the others who I am sure will value the money you spend there. ***IF YOU FOUND THIS REVIEW HELPFUL PLEASE TAKE A MOMENT AND INDICATE SO***"

"This is a classic order once and don’t get sick from cross contamination. Order again and pay the price. I can’t say whether or not if you called and got ‘verbal’ guarantees that you would be ok or not. Personally I’m not that celiac. If a restaurant touts themselves offering gluten free and I decide to give it a whirl, I assume the risk. Bottom line is they are inconsistent and this isn’t something I support in a national restaurant, especially when there are so many better smaller establishments with better food I’d rather support."

"Go to any other Boston Pizza but this one. They are understaffed. 3 times i have left this location because of an Issue. The same manager was on shift every time. She was rude and instead of helping us she was confrontational."
