"I have been to this store many times and used to find it to be of very high quality. However, today I ordered delivery from there and was extremely disappointed. Ordered two hunger tamers. Received a phone call saying there was no Pepsi can so will be replaced with one large drink. Could barely understand the girl who spoke broken English way to fast. When the pizza finally came about 20 minutes longer than any time previously, it was undercooked. Ate one piece of each and felt sick, topping and base both undercooked. Rang the store straight away to inform them it was undercooked. The same girl from before answers, Shari, I tell her about the pizzas she says that she made them herself and they were standard. I ask to speak to a manager as I'm not happy at all with that and she informs me she is the manager and there is no one who is in charge of her. I told her I wasn't going to eat there again and she said fine. My ten year old son wld eat pretty much anything that comes in a takeaway box and he couldn't even stomach it. To me however the worst part is not the $30 I wasted, its the disgusting attitude I received from the so called manager. Not even offered a voucher. Quite happy to serve slop as long as its standard and very rude. Go to any of the other pizza places there are great ones in Mandurah its a shame this one has gone down so fast."
