"Ordered a pasta dish with Prawns on Friday night and when I opened it at home there were no prawns. Called them and they offered a new dish great! But we didn’t feel like Coming back out so they offered a free replacement next time we order great!Since we had left over pizza I said let’s grab that replacement meal on Saturday. When we went to pick it up we basically were accused of lying for a free dish! Were told ‘were we sure?’ That they had ‘checked the cameras and all prawns dishes had prawns in them’Sorry but we’re not hard up for a free meal.You ACTUALLY sold us a prawn pasta with no prawns.It wasn’t us being deceitful It was YOU made a mistake.But thanks for making us feel like a scab for your errorWe did order regularly from Friends but won’t anymore.The pasta dishes are half full these days anyway"

"Super glad we came here the food was amazing we got the ultimate platter for 2, halloumi and some fries it was all so good we didn't need the extras as the platter was very generous.really enjoyed the pear salad is was the highlight followed closely by the dessert. "I thought I had already written a review, however when I came here to thank you for the outstanding service last night, I noticed I hadn't left a review yet. So I'm doing it now. We have always had excellent meals from BSM. Couldn't fault it. BSM will always be one of our favourite restaurants! However last night I was impressed yet again. We ordered take away and when I arrived to collect it, your lovely staff apologised that it was not quite ready. This was totally understandable. One quick glance around the room and down the stair case, it was obvious the restaurant was bustling. I didn't mind waiting, of course. I love that this restaurant is busy! But your staff went the extra mile. They offered me a table to wait at, and not only that, they brought me a drink and some prawn chips to snack on while I waited. Wow. I love you guys!!! Keep up the amazing work Jules Will!! Not only do you serve fantastic food, but you have a team that rocks! And thank you to your staff for being so lovely. I truly felt like I was in Bali getting the complete Balinese experience with how caring they were. Xo"

"Although they have a vegan menu, it is just pizzas and without cheese. I had the mushroom and the potato pizza and the highest veg. The highest had a beautiful tomato sauce base, but the toppings were boring. Mushrooms and potatoes had very little potato and it was more like potato mashed with half of mushrooms in Wollongongong."
