"I wish I could rate this restaurant (Broadway location) higher because when their pizza is made right it's great. But sadly, quality is very inconsistent, cheese pizza is usually very dry and delivery orders get messed up more often than not. For me, the biggest downfall is the dry pizza because their sauce is SO good. It's to the point that when i do order I have to order the pizza with extra sauce plus sauce on the side. Furthermore the sauce on the side ends up being marinara sauce (despite asking for pizza sauce) and not their pizza sauce, which is good, but not what I want. My delivery order did get messed up again, but when I called they were very accommodating in rectifying the issue so that was appreciated. I just wish it didnt come to that. To me, their McCullough location is better and more consistent (although on the salty side) . My wife ordered from Broadway by accident so we had to deal with the issues mentioned above hopefully for the last time."

"My husband and I decided on pizza for dinner but didn't want a chain restaurant. After looking for a place near my work and reading reviews,I decided to pick up Tank's on the way home. So glad I made that decision because it absolutely delicious! My 6 year old daughter isn't a big pizza fan but when she saw this pizza and then smelled it...she gobbled it right up! The gentleman at the counter was right when he said that I would be back!"

"My Mom’s VISA was charged three times before payment went through. When I called to speak to the Manager, Angel, she told me, “Nine times outta ten, it’s your bank.” Yaaaa, I don’t think so Angel. Your people or your credit card reader service at the HUT need to get it together. And your old pizza crust was undercooked.In addition, Angel, your REPETITIVE use of the phrase, “nine time outta ten” should NOT be used as an excuse. Get some better material little Ms. Attitude. We’ll be going next door to Cerroni’s Purple Garlic from now on."

"Worst customer service. Ordered using the Pizza Hut app and somehow our food was delivered via DoorDash. We were not made aware that our food would be delivered using this service until a text message was received once our order was ready. The driver dropped one of our pizzas on the ground and it was ruined. This store refused to refund our money even after speaking to the manager (Mira) starting we had to go through DoorDash even though it was ordered using the Pizza Hut app! Unacceptable!"
