"Una domenica mattina, complice una bellissima giornata autunnale, dopo aver prenotato, ci siamo avviati verso il Restaurant Pizzeria Kreuz Per arrivarci, grazie al navigatore è stato molto facile. Abbiamo attraversato luoghi incontaminati e ammirato paesaggi di una bellezza unica. La cosa che mi è piaciuta di più sono stati i colori delle foglie degli alberi. Si andava da un giallo chiaro a un rosso scuro con infinite sfumature. Arrivati, si nota subito, perché ben evidenziato all’ingresso, che il ristorante si vanta di avere una cucina tipica italiana, la specialità sono gli gnocchi fatti in casa. L’ambiente interno è quello tipico che si trova da queste parti: caldo, accogliente e che mette prontamente a proprio agio. Prevale molto la semplicità e la praticità. Diamo una sguardo all’offerta gastronomica, ci sono piatti famosi della cucina italiana come le paste alla bolognese, amatriciana, carbonara e sorrentina. Poi, c’è un buon assortimento di pizze che preparano anche a pranzo e una discreta selezione di vini italiani. Ho lasciato fare allo chef che ci ha deliziato con una serie di affettati misti e formaggi, focacce e pizze a centrotavolo e successivamente una paella cilentana, una variante di quella tradizionale spagnola adattata ai nostri ingredienti. Per concludere, abbiamo gustato un superbo tiramisù. Da bere, Enzo, il titolare che è anche la persona che si occupa del servizio di sala, ci ha proposto una selezione di vini toscani e tra questi abbiamo molto apprezzato l’Insoglio del cinghiale 2013 della Biserno. Alla fine, abbiamo chiacchierato a lungo, ho scoperto due persone squisite che hanno come obiettivo finale quello di conquistare il cliente con la qualità. Sono entrambi bravi e sicuramente avranno un grande successo. Sembra strano, ma in Svizzera e all’estero è raro trovare un ristorante italiano con personale italiano. Spesso anche i gestori sono turchi, egiziani, albanesi e così via. Non voglio essere razzista, ma per la nostra cucina ci vogliono gli italiani, poi se sono cilentani è ancora meglio."
