"I really liked it. Almost everything was hot, a little unusual for a buffet. There was a lot of variety, very fresh and tasty. The staff was efficient and polite. You can also add cucumbers, carrots, cheese, etc. They have a variety of sauces, but the food is great without adding sauce. Both times I've been to Oryza the portions have been generous and the food flavorful. This is one of my favorite fast casual dining spots in Morgantown, and I will definitely be back."
