"I call in a pizza at 7:15pm. It is 9:00pm on Oct.1st, 2022. I paid $24.64 for Medium pizza, 2-liter Dr. Pepper, they haven't brought my order out. I tried calling the store, no one answers the phone. This is very bad service. Iam total disappointed."

"8 20 22 Saturday When we arrived about 11:45 we were not greeted by staff no one spoke. The cashier did not make eye contact and barely replied when spoken to. The tables that could seat 6 people were not clean none of them. After waiting a few minutes for staff to clean one we gave up and cleaned it ourselves with napkins hand sanitizer. The selection of pizza was very poor, there were 3 partial cheese pizzas, a buffalo chicken pizza that had about 1/4 cup of meat scattered over the entire pizza, something that looked to be BBQ sauce and cheese pizza (there was no meat on it). There was one pizza that had meat and jalapeños that was fresh out of the oven but the kids would not eat it. When we asked staff if there was a pepperoni pizza coming out soon the answer was yea, not yes ma?am or yes sir. Just ?yea?. The lettuce on the salad bar was turning brown and looked dried out. Staff needs education on customer service. Needless to say we will not be back."

"Ordered a pizza over the phone at 7:47pm, 1 large pizza Delivery. The gentleman told me it would be 45 50 minutes. An hour goes by, I call to see where it’s at. The lady then tells me she has no order for me at all. I requested the manager and he explained they got a little behind, and the pizza had just left about 3 4 minutes ago.. okay great! It is now 9:36pm and STILL no pizza. And I paid over the phone! That’s is unacceptable and absolutely ridiculous. See if I order from them again. I’d rather pay more money for a pizza to get it here within the allotted amount of time given. And if I’m told it just left I don’t expect it a whole hour later! I’ll take my business elsewhere!"
