"Ordered a bacon cheeseburger without onions. Left and opened the wrapper. My 9 year old was even jealous. You never see a burger look like it does on the commercial. It even tasted awesome. Had to call the manager and let her know whoever was cooking did an amazing job. She said she would let her know! Wish I had taken a picture but I didn't."

"Terrible and rude service. After waiting in Drive-Thru for over 30 minutes, it was said that they 't find my online order. I showed him my confirmation email. After another 10 minutes they found my order, but they said they didn't have all my articles available and asked if I wanted substitutions. I said no and I wanted a refund. It was said that I had to fill out a request online. He thought he closed the sliding window all the way when he said to the manager: This rude guy in the window wants his money back! When he rolled his eyes. As soon as he noticed that the window was still open, he beat it. Manager (Shanise, I think) repeated the same thing about requesting a refund online. I then realized why the man cuddled before me and let his tires squeeze. I finally agreed to the replacements and the manager also rolled my eyes. After handing over my order, she slammed the window without as much as a thank you or apology about your order. I tried to make a complaint, but no luck. I always get great service at KFC on Ross St. I know there will be no consequences for these employees, but I thought I would leave a review anyway."

"I love Malcolm's and the local history of the place is pretty cool. I've never had a bad meal their, when we the Cheese burger and fries I always get the strawberry shake. The ice sundaes I can barely eat it all."

"Vegan food in West Texas? Damn right. And it?s good too. I got a quiche for Saturday breakfast. Unbelievable. Not sure if it was just egg or something like that but it was phenomenal. I also got their basic veggie burger and it was all around solid. Only real negatives is it is on the pricey end and it?s definitely takes a while. But it?s a really cool spot and I absolutely would go back."
