meat was reheated on a grill. it is not freshly grilled as per marketing, which was very disappointing. the bark was very dry and salty with some hard pieces that cut the dach of my mouth. Guess they precoke the meat for speed and safety, but the result is a less processed version of a donator kebab. the salat was super fresh and the roasted package was great, I could come back to try the vegetarian option. read more.
