Went in to pick up a muffin & coffee; the coffee was ready in 4 minutes, yet the muffin took another 12 minutes to have it in my hands. staff were just standing around... all they had to do was take the muffin from the display and put it in a bag. no idea what customer service is! quality of food and coffee was good - as expected. read more.
