This was my first time going to the Old Town location of Roots and we loved it just as much as we've loved other locations! The garlic monkey bread is a must, and the chef's specials were AMAZING albeit a bit pricier than the other pies on the menu. I have a feeling I will be craving the French onion soup pizza I had for months to come read more.

I came in and the desk person was on the phone for over minutes. No one offered to say hello or help me. When I finally got seated with my friend who had arrived earlier, no one talked to us. The noise level was very loud; there were way too many children and before anyone could talk to us, we left. No one asked why or offered to move our table. We did not eat there, nor would I go back read more.
