In what was a day from hell, Cocoa was a beacon of humanity. After a Mitsubishi meltdown left us stranded in Coffs, Cocoa offered us a refuge. Welcomed with open arms and a warm smile, Emily and the staff comforted and raised our spirits. The coffee was excellent and we were literally brought to tears. Nice customer service, staff were lovely. Thickshakes were a letdown, they were milkshakes even after asking for extra ice cream in them. Food was 7/10. Was expensive for 2 people. Overall was alright, but I wouldn't go out of my way to eat there. read more.
