Domino's Pizza - ERINA

Ordered at 8pm, paid the additional $3 to guarantee delivery within 20min, called up at 8:45pm to see what in the world was going on, rang out, called again at 9:10pm, girl answered and advised that it would be another hour before delivery.....WTF? Does the owner have any idea what's going on down there or do they just not simply care? Lost my business and future business, cancelled the order got my refund, there just too inconsistent for me to go back there, too unreliable and I've got 4 other pizza joint within the same distance or less to bother with this Dominos joint again

Walked in placed order and paid.. gave surname was told about ten minutes but when i returned ten minutes later it was sorry we forgot your order..??

Love the Deli Vege & Camembert pizza and also EDGE crust is my favourite. I asked for Edge pizza once and they gave me a deep pan crust. The staff is always hostile

Visiting family, we ordered pizza from our favorite take away chain but were very disappointed with what arrived. The pizzas were not only luke warm but the cheese filled crust was chewy and not crisp as we would expect. The online ordering system though was excellent especially the order progress chart. It's worth mentioning with so many take away outlets theses days it's hard and costly (with advertising etc) to win customers but very easy to loose them with inconsistant quality and or service.

If you've avoided this chain in the past because of their lack lustre pizzas then take another look. They've completely reinvented the menu. There's now healthy options including lower fat and gluten free as well as some amazing gourmet pizzas. How about chicken with a creamy base or blue cheese and bacon? The service at the Erina store is also excellent and the ingredients are reliably fresh and tasty.Now our first choice for pizza.
