What User likes about The Loft:
Pretty near the sea so mozzie can be an issue, but the staff are happy to move you and put coils out. Happy cocktail hour is a must, pretty early but no kids so hey ho! The steaks were the BEST ever, Gaston is good but this was better. Cooked to perfection, and a chef who appreciated being told it was 110% Highly recommended. A read more.

We were looking forward to a Italiandinner as we headed towards The Loft.The bad vibes started with our ascent upthe steep stairs which were covered invery worn dirty carpet (don't think it's been vacuumed in years). Excellent to visit local artists perform original music! A joy to the ears. There is also a bar area and all staff are friendly and approachable

"When you increased food price, could you please keep the same quality and quantity?Last week we went to there ordered lunch special chilli beef with rice. Shop owner the lady became more unfriendly to us as we are only Asian in the shop. Besides, when we finished dining and just mentioned to her the amount of rice has been changed, and we cannot feel full after have the food, which is really different from previous experiences with always a huge amount of rice. The lady turned impatient to us and scold me ‘you need to pay extra rice if you still hungry, it’s not our problem, we don’t care about if you hungry or not.’Pardon me? What the hospitality is this???We understand price of ingredients has gone up a lot, and we are happy to pay more for your food, but we just want same quality of food can be brought back, and the idea we delivered is wanting your business can be improved and to avoid losing loyal customers.The attitude from the owner makes us really sad and don’t want to go there anymore."
