So far, the Raffael's Café has received mixed reviews, which is reflected in the average assessment of 2.5.

As a Yelp food critic, I announced my presence as soon as I walked into Raffael's and was immediately asked if I would like the premium house seats.
The decking was dirty, it looked like it hadn't been cleaned for daysI understand it was windy, but it didn't account for a days worth of leaves.
