We've eaten at most of the Hakataya stores in Brisbane and the Garden City one is consistently the best. Rich creamy pork broth and fresh plentiful noodles. I'm addicted to the takana and always buy extra! The staff are so friendly and seating is cozy. Hakataya Ramen provided not-so-cheap ramen varieties with fast and likeable service. I’ve tried Nagahama Ramen in here. Both noodles and broth were pretty good. I liked the takana that provided more flavours to the ramen, as it was pickled. Also totally digging the free extra noodle. The pork chasiu, however, was a bit too little for one portion.
