Don’t know where this all went wrong, locals in the area and have heard awesome things of this place, must have caught a bad day for sure. Service was terrible, scallops were good but $30 damn for an appwatermelon salad was awesome, lamb chops could have kicked them selves into nowhere good, would need salt and pepper for potatoes and broccoli but shouldn’t need to ask for it. "This place is very hard to rate. Staff is friendly, but not very attentive. Food is really good, but portions are absolutely horrendous. Atmosphere is decent, but borderline identity crisis going on. Look, this place has promise . In no way am I rooting for them to fail. Here 's the thing, you want to last on Arrendell, you NEED to stop making the same mistakes everyone else does. Price MUST match portions. I don 't care how good it is. This isn 't NY, this isn 't Paris. A near $5 upcharge for any side that 's not fries (or chips), and it be 3 bites worth, is insulting. This type of greed will never fill those seats in there, and you 'll have to close just like your predecessors did. Other restaurants can do it, so spare us all the 'inflation ' excuse. This place can 't have fine dinning prices, but portions suitable for a toddler. Not going to work yall.
