Wing Hing Chinese - Nepean

I usually give at least 2 chances. the first time it was quite good to eat, but wait was quite long. I was angry, but when they were busy. that was a few years ago. Yesterday, I called to order and. I was told 30 minutes. not too bad, but still felt that it was a little long for a combination plate of fried rice, chicken balls and garlic ribs (all of them prefabricated) and a won ton soup. I come and go to wait 5 minutes before someone came out of the way to confirm me. then waited 15 minutes before I got my food. 50 minutes! while waiting, I heard a phone call where the person cancelled her order because it took too long. another man waiting for his lunch talked to his wife and told her how long he had waited, more than 20 minutes longer than he was told. ok, so I'm going home to eat, think it should be great as I'm starving now and it took so long to make. the rice had a smokey burned taste and the ribs were not even completely cooked. they were very tough and the taste was not penetrated into the flesh. the chicken balls and the suppe were decent. overall, very disappointed by all the experience and I will never return again.

This place was just as they would expect. nothing but any good Chinese restaurant they've ever eaten. we ordered the special for 3 and added the general tso. I had better general tso or tsao is what I remember being called it, but I still recommend this place. cost with delivery and tipp, $58. good the meal with the left worth. tu it.

I had a job for a birthday party. it came 2 hours later, cold. I had called 3 times and was told that the order for delivery (I live 5 minutes from the restaurant). terrible disappointing.

The food was disgusting. This restaurant suspiciously has either 5 star reviews or 1 star reviews. Ironically, some of the 5 star reviews describe the General Tsao chicken worst I've ever had. Doesn't even resemble General Tsao. Zero vegetables. Suspect chicken. Avoid this place....I expect that the owners are driving the 5 star reviews. They should be closed. Visit any other Chinese restaurant doesn't matter which one you won't be as disappointed as you will be if you order from here.
