a Thursday of ascent passing through the neighborhood we were looking for a terrace for lunch and so we were stopped at harper's. pleasant, short menu, in entry a disappointing tataki (fridge taste), a gratinated camembert (very good) then a ribs (too sweet) with fries (teeds), fajita with quinoa risotto (bon). With 2 beers 51€..Bref, unpacking experience. Not sure to renew the experience. .. read more.
