I have been to this coffee shop many times and find the food & coffee really good.The staff are friendly and helpful and know their menu.It is a great spot for a quick lunch or quite coffee. Been to ciao cafe a lot, coffee is quite good but food is average but talk about expensive! I ordered pancakes with maple syrup - was 3 medium sized pancakes with a little jar of maple syrup and cost me nearly $20 just for that not including the coffee. Service is average as well.
