I misunderstood how my order was being handled (my own fault) and instead of trying to help me figure out how to fix it, the employees rudely and repeatedly pointed out that they were not to blame. I had the Cirachi Deluxe and I would definitely order it again because of the quality, variety of cuts pickles and presentation. they even included perilla leaves (a first for me).
