The staff was amazing, the food was good, and the ambience was still brilliant in the face of COVID-19. .
I thoroughly enjoyed the salsa and chips as a starter at this restaurant! It was my first visit and I was greeted by my sister. As I looked around, I noticed the beautiful family photos and numerous black and white pictures on the walls that told a story about Mexico Cafe. I will definitely be returning to enjoy the authentic Mexican cuisine and to learn more about this popular spot. Additionally, the Mayan piece in the back was stunningly beautiful.
This place is fine.. I had to take my family for lunch. There's girls sitting next to me and talking fucking loud. I barely have a hard time listening to my family, only two of us hearing impaired and two hearing. To get our service back as a bit and I can understand that the service is very busy to do with other customers. I ordered a chicken mol that is very strange taste with peanut butter. I proposed not to use peanut butter.
Love this place... Only lately, the food takes a little longer to get out because it is under the servants. Good food, good people.. I recently ordered my chicken and rice soup and it was a bit disappointing. It was more like a whole chicken breast, whole piece not shredded with a small broth. I just shredded the chicken. Other than that, usually at the point.
Salsa and chips for starters were delish! First time visiting and was referred by my sister. I wanted to know more history of THE MEXICO CAFE as I noticed all the beautiful family photos and many more black and white pictures on the wall which told a story. I will still return and enjoy authentic Mexican food and learn more about this hot spot. By the way, loved the Myan piece on the back wall! Lovely!
