"We booked a family lunch here for 23 people at the end of may. Freight bar was very accomodating and Across the board the food was excellent! Everyone was extremely happy with their meals. The venue is beautiful and the subtle but lovely little play space for the kids was a bonus!"

"Mitchell Harris wine bar has a great selection of wine by the glass or bottle, it's rustic and warm decor is complemented by fireplaces and candlelight. It is dark and moody, perfect for a winter night. The staff were efficient and friendly with good wine recommendations, we enjoyed a delicious selection of tapas style food to go with our wine. Highly recommended venue!"

"Great place! Atmosphere was good, can't fault the service, the desert was fantastic. The Tiger Prawns were a bit on the spicier side for my taste, but that is an individual preference thing. Next time I will just ask to leave off the sauce. All of my dinner friends had steaks and they were all done to perfection. Even the cappuccino was great."

"Fabulous way to spend a Sunday afternoon with a couple of friends... a delicious pleasure...great wine list, delicious cocktails, and an ambience that will really attract patrons. Just love the easy chairs and the couches. The background music was just right too. We didn't eat, as we called in after having lunch, but the food we saw coming out for others looked great. Will absolutely go back....to eat next time."

"So disappointed to see the large image of a woman with her mouth open wide in a shock/disbelief expression hanging above the urinal in the mens toilet. I was completely unaware of this as the decor throughout the restaurant and in womens bathroom is neutral colours and provokes a much classy environment. I have used function room and suggested Oscar’s as a place for family and friends to meet. Not knowing that young children in my social groups were using this bathroom with this suggestive image. Disgusting to see this tacky, sexist, demeaning image and to hear staff adamant on keeping it there. Photo included"
