"Here it is about the seafood bar at the international terminal of the airport sydney (left of the main duty-free zone): sometimes there is a place where you can see that someone has much effort to make a relatiw simple dish perfect....I am a big fan of salmonier benedict and had it at many raised breakfast places throughout the world, but caviar the eier benedikt here are so good I really am happy to fly from sydney just so I can taste it again! the perfection of the shell is due to the quality of the salmon, which is some of the best; then the Hollandaise sauce, which seems to be fresh every time and is of exactly the right consistency and taste, and the brot on which it is served, the relatiw thin, but due to this, and the way it is prepared, provides an exact balance with the rest of the dish. Otherwise too often benedikt are served on bagels or rolls or thick slices of brot, which throw the dish out of the balance. a sprinking of chopped cuts ensures a color-bactate that completes the visual presentation of the plate. they also serve other means of life (never tried them), very decent coffee, and drinks to go with the meal; service is typically fast as can be expected in an air terminal. the typical waiting period between the order of the teller and the serve is about 10 minutes. highly recommended."

"I’m currently sat in this restaurant awaiting a flight at 21:45. The service has been absolutely amazing with all staff catering to everyone around. The wines are $7 and they aren’t cheap bottles and the food is full of flavour and sooo much more than I expected. Definitely recommend. A man who I think is the owner is keeping very good care of all who are here"

"Forget your politics: you've had a long day on the job, you're too tired to even take off your hi-vis, the boys said "just one"...There are few places left in Sydney like The Councourse. Perhaps none. From 4pm you will find it packed with tradies, builders and labourers. A few sad souls have a slap on the pokies out the back, but mostly regular blokes smashing some regular beers, ice-cold, before getting the train home, ready to pass out on the couch in front of the Simpsons. And it is blokes. I invited Big Sis and Little Lady once. I still haven't lived it down. They said they were so uncomfortable that "we're leaving". The only other women in the bar are serving drinks. Some even bring them to your table. Amazing service, but politically incorrect. Monthly the ladies get painted up. A good day for trackwork."
