"Lovely staff incredibly friendly and wanting to be helpful BUT ended up getting the order wrong. More training obviously needed because the lovely young lady was very confused with the menu. Tried so hard we felt bad for her. Management need to lift their game as this is totally unfair. Came back again August 9th. Service and staff were brilliant. Food was absolutely delicious. Coffee was great DEFINATELY recommended."

"I am very glad that they exist, and I am willing to give them a second chance. Tried her Turkish pleasure lamington and 100s 1000s lamington from Black Waffle and was not disappointed by taste but in the texture as it was dry. I heard her stuff was good at Brew Sisters, so I'm gonna try, but I'm not gonna revenge. But amazing ideas, I mean Turkish joy lamington and 100s 1000s lamingtons. Finger crossed it was a bad batch or a bit old."
