"I have my partner for a quick lunch on the other afternoon after a Facebook post about this place. first impressions: the baguettes were very nice, fresh and handmade, even wondering if we wanted butter etc. had a very family business feeling, greeting every customer radio talk while we waited. will in any case return to this local business :"

"Feeling a bit peckish at lunchtime dropped into this cafe , we had missed serving time but the people went out of their way for us , cooking us a couple of amazing breakfasts staying open for us to eat them ! The breakfasts were first class as was the lovely friendly service I can’t rate this cage highly enough. Highly recommended"

"One time we waited minutes for waters and donuts and I asked a staff member where our order was and completely ignored me pretended not to hear me. The most recent time I came here a staff member (think his name was...hazzel- black hair/short teenager) was so disgustingly rude and abrupt. He was more concerned with what was going on with the Uber eats drivers in the car park and an incident outside rather than actually working. He was so rude and confrontational. Most of the staff was shouting around at each other and messing it around while putting orders together then our order ended up being wrong."

"Drive thru, Orderered Only half of the order in bag, phoned up and asked for money back, and was told I could only have my money back if I went down straight away. couldnt go tomorrow, as it was another day and they couldnt give me money then. Manager? didnt know what he was talking about and had to keep asking questions from the other staff Will be complaining to head office"

"Rude staff, especially the owner. The fish is frequently dry and the chips under done. If you try to, even remotely, use the full range of the menu then you are more than likely to get the wrong order presented. If you bring this up, even in a polite manner, then you will find the staff being stand-off ish and surly. This also, unfortunately, extends to the owner. As a once regular, I now avoid this establishment. Grimsby fish bar is by far superior. In actual fact, every other fish bar in Banbury is..."
