"I am at least 10 or so often here because I am local in bankstown, not even it was a good experience. 1) chips are always cold and taste direction. 2) burger and other food items do not taste fresh at all. 3). the half of the time they have forgotten something from my order and occasionally it is only the wrong order together. 4) customer service in the business is super slow, there is never someone who covers the front, up, personal in the rule look confused and not help them except they ask if their backs are not turned. it is shocking how consistently bad this place is in consideration of the brand standards and compared to other McDonald’s. I would suggest that this site will set up fire management and the entire team and hire people who are enough to get at least the product quality."

"Very slow. Hamburgers are all messed up, over the lace and missing orders. There was a family before us that was so mad they sped out of there. Customer Service given -100/5 the cashier was very rude and inconsiderate. Food given 1/5 only slightly good thing was the chips. Apple pies looked like they had been bitten into. Definitely not worth it and won’t be coming back soon. Not impressed."

"We stopped at this McDonalds Restaurant for a quick bite to eat after some Sporting Activities. Our Meals were wrong with Special requests on Burgers not done food missing. After talking too the Staff Member who serviced us about the problems with our Order; I was made feel like who am I too complain . Her whole demeanour came across rude Abrupt. She even spoke in what appeared to be Arabic to the Staff Member standing next to her at the Hot Service Area felt like she was talking about me! Not being able to understand what she was saying is disgrace within a McDonalds Restaurant; Standards Guidelines need to be stricter enforced with this kind of behaviour."

"Cumstomer service is always on point and drive through is convenient. My favorite drinks are espresso chiller and watermelon juice. Wish they also do single origin coffee or specialty coffee."

"My family and I have been going to Helen's for many years but I have been very disappointed the last 2 times. Meals arrived cold, seafood not fresh and octopus burnt to charcoal. Sadly I don't think we will be returning anymore"
