"The customer service here is so helpful and fast, but my burrito was the most disappointing thing I've ordered for a long time, if not ever. I always had decent food experiences in the bay area, if not decent, but that's not it. the meat was very bad, the acidic sawne was extra sour, the Cheddar cheese (woman choice of the cheese, but ok) was placed right next to a tonne salate, so it did not melt. it reminded me to eat cold taco bell soft tacos. I couldn't taste a spicy on my flesh except salt. the chorro and horchata saved my day, otherwise I would have had to give 1 star. Maybe it's a personal problem, but I also found it super unpleasant that they ask you how much you want to tap on the window. drive thru’s should have a standard supplement instead of tipps on the window or no tipps at all."

"One of several Mexican restaurants in Benicia. Service was good. Chips and salsa stayed up when waiting for order. It was overcrowded at 1100 on a weekday. It's always nice not to fight a lot. Had the Tri Tip Burrito bowl, wasn't my favorite. At work we had the Fajitas and they are good."

"Good bang for the buck. Giant burritos, good fish tacos. If I was to make a suggestion I'd suggest the pastor, not big on the asada here, its alright. You may even find yourself in a food coma after a burrito lol."

"We loved this place, will not return! Everything was terrible except the green salsa. Chips were stale, my taco tasted like what smells old mop water. Chili rellenos has a different sauce than before and the cheese was watery! I have also enjoyed their food and service for decades. So sad?"

"Friendly staff and good food,quick service,at this time refreshments are limited to imported bottled coke,cans of soda and Mexican sodas..no alcohol..the soda fountain was down for the moment but should be back up soon,chips are good and the dip is spicy..overall a good place to grab some south of the border cuisine....."
