"I came here around 6:30pm on a Tuesday with a party of 5. We waited about 20 minutes to be seated. We wanted to order the dineLA menu but they said they ran out of it right as we were seated. Weird they would run out of salmon sashimi on a Tuesday evening. We ended up just getting the 5 roll combo instead.The fresh handrolls were nice and the rice was some of the best sushi rice I've had, but I think the rolls were loaded with too much rice. It was hard to taste the fish/shellfish in the roll because of all of rice. I also felt I couldn't taste the fish much because they mix too much mayo into it.The best roll was the tuna one by far. The others were not very notable."

"This place is amazing. I have passed by many times before and always heard that it was good but now that I've been there I understand how good it really is. Everything is authentic and fresh and you can't go wrong with anything you choose. Love this place and I'm be sure to come back again soon. If you were ever in this area I highly recommend this Mediterranean dish and restaurant. I promise you will not be disappointed. It's flavorful and cooked to perfection."

"Vegetarian review:Service was excellent and the staff was super nice. My husband and I shared a veggie burrito and the jackfruit mole. Both were kinda meh, the rice was good and the size was good. Unfortunately the jackfruit wasn't tasty and both burritos were heavy on rice and low on all the other ingredients. It wasn't bad, but maybe the meat stuff is better?"

"Definitely need more ? 's for this review. I love great service, great food and a great atmosphere but it 's rare to find them all in one place these days. However, My 2 cents did not disappoint. I had the shrimp grits meal. The shrimp was amazing and the grits were delicious but together they were extraordinary! The sauce was a broth based sauce that was amazing and every bite was juicy and full of flavor. The veggie appetizers were delicious and amazing as well. I 'd recommend this place for a quiet night out or for a group dinner. Definitely gets 5 STARS from me. "Parking: Street metered parking and sometimes it can get packed so you might have to circle around until someone leaves. There are also metered parking on Santa Monica just a block from the cafe.Seating/ambiance: there's indoor, outdoor, and patio seating. Availabilities really just depend on what day and time you come. Seats are decently comfortable and the table and counter space has been enough for me to comfortably work on my laptop while sipping some coffee. There is free Wifi though there are no outlets. My laptop has a pretty good battery life so I'm able to work here for two hours without charging. It can get pretty loud inside with the people talking around you as well as the music in the background so if you're looking for a quiet place, this might not be the place for you.Drinks: I've only gotten the vanilla and matcha lattes here and they're pretty solid. The matcha latte is actually one of the better matcha lattes I've had in LA, decent matcha flavor that's sweet but not drowning in ice or milk. The lattes are a bit pricey around $7."
