"The setting is hip and inviting, as you come up the stairs to this Burnett lane bar. We ordered some bar food including Hush puppies (corn cakes) and some fried peppers, all tasty and well presented but nothing special. A wide range of beers and wine to chose from, plus from what I could see the cocktails were proving popular. Staff are all really attentive and make you feel welcome. A nice little place for a drink and a bite, or a good place for functions with a little difference."

"Every time my friends come from Britain, we have to go. Love the beers, the food and the atmosphere (even if some of the Mäzen are times are a little unruly . The burgers are good (they become smaller and smaller?! but I love the mozza sticks. Your 8yr old Tennessee Whisky served with freshly pressed apple juice is AMAZING. Good beer on Hahn."

"We love this place. The food is really good, the owner and the staff offer an efficient, friendly and warm service. For the last 2 visits we ordered: Gumbo, roasted steak, roasted chicken with biscuit, Cioppino, crisp pork bell, eggplant sticks, waffles with garlic butter, duck wing, buffalo wing and fatdomino pasta. We tried the Cobbler, the lime cake and the blueberries. The buffalo wings are like those we get in Colorado, they're the best. The gumbo is really delicious. Everything's great. We used to live in Colorado and Massachusetts before we came back to Australia. We miss the Southern and American comfort food and this place supplies. The best part is they serve the water with the classic ice cubes shape/size as in the USA. Very recommended"

"Best pancakes! 10pm on a Saturday evening and the place was pumping. Had the regular stack with whipped butter, scrambled eggs and bacon and the missus had Bananarama. They were delicious"

"One of my Korean students recommended this when I asked about good Korean in the CBD. Thank you! I loved the efficient no fuss atmosphere and the Korean pop on the monitors. I have become aware of this Korean subculture in Brisbane and Australia and it is good to partake of it. Food was good, hearty and cheap for a lunch special on my own."

"We went for lunch for my daughters birthday. The staff were very busy and we had to wait to arrange a table. Which was not an issue, they were very apologetic. You don't mind waiting when you can see that staff are busy. Especially when the food is fantastic. This is a must try."
