"My first time dining in , chef recommendation: Pipi clam with chilli jam is was so good it go so well with the Thai fried rice. Thank you for having it on the menu not a lot of restaurants serve pipi clam dishes. Love to come back again!!"

"For such a small restaurant, the food is amazing and yes, they have large serves! The Phad Thai and Pud See Iew are among the best I have ever eaten anywhere. Curries are ready to go and everything else is freshly made and full of flavor. Prices are reasonable, unlike so many other restaurants in the area. We make it a habit to stop in at least once a week for eat-in or takeaways."

"Myself and six other friends came here at 8:15pm on a Friday night. The staff were accommodating and were polite when suggesting that they were closing close to 9:30pm. I enjoyed the pineapple curry which was filled with so many different veggies. Good pad Thai too. Dining in reminded me of being in Thailand authentic:"

"Have eaten here SO MANY TIMES! The food is delish and if you haven't tried the green curry (ask for mild if you are spicy-sensitive) lunch special you are missing out! Another of my go-tos is the lunch special with cashews... Yum. Can't forget the soup... And the tofu starter... So much goodness. The owners are so sweet and lovely, hard workers and have been nothing but plesent every time."

"Lived on the Gold Coast for over 30 years and have eaten at almost every Thai Restaurant the Coast. THIS IS IT- If it's good quality, generous quantity and good value that you want- GO NO FURTHER!! This is an unknown gem It's in a weird place (in a small block of shops beside a petrol station) but don't let that put you off. Most people wouldn't give it a second glance but anyone who tries it, will not be disappointed. It's where you go for great quality Thai food when you can't be bothered cooking and you need a break. It's not the 'get dressed up for a night out' type dinning It was formerly the Tallie Thai but the new owners have renamed it Silver Thai. Parking is easy and generally available right at the front door. The service can sometimes be a little slow as they don't have many staff but the service is always so friendly & humble with good enough English. The food comes out in good time and is always made of good quality fresh ingredients plus the serving sizes are generous. We love the food and the prices are very reasonable It's not licensed but BYO is welcomed. A lot of there business is take away but they have a number of regulars too. We have taken friends there are they continue to dine there. So the secret is out!! Don't miss this one as you will be really pleasantly surprised"
