"We booked a Tipsy Tea for a birthday at White Rabbit and it was fantastic from the start to finish. We didn’t want to leave! Comfortable seating and quirky décor combined with fabulous staff who went out of their way to make us feel at home. The Tipsy Tea menu was more than enough to satisfy with delicious savoury canapes, a sorbet palate cleanser and super sweet desserts. They even catered for gluten free dietary requirements. All of this came with a choice of two different cocktails or sparkling wine or tea and coffee for the tea totallers. The cocktails were beautifully presented and the food was served on cute little vintage cake stands and plates. My favourites were the Bloody Mary prawn cocktail, Tea Party bourbon served in a tea cup and Hazelnut brownie… Yum! The décor was an Alice in Wonderland style and just made you feel cozy and relaxed. I can’t praise the staff enough, they were all so friendly and attentive and I can’t wait to return for another Tipsy Tea or a Cocktail class! If you are looking for an intimate venue for a group event I would highly recommend you book at White Rabbit Room!"

"I visited this place on a cold, Canberra Monday night. We walked into a dimly lit, comfortable looking bar area with several fireplaces burning warmly. In front of one of them was an old Chesterfield lounge and coffee table. Luckily for us, we arrived quite early (6.00 pm), so we had tables to choose from. By 7.00 pm, the place was filling up.The menu had a great selection of pub foods and some that would fit nicely into any restaurant menu. A typical main meal is around $22.00 plus or minus but there are lots of options/combinations.There is an extensive range of craft beers on tap and (if it is not too busy) the bar staff are friendly and helpful. I was allowed a taste of various beers before choosing one. I was seriously impressed with how nice the bar staff member who served me was. She was patient, friendly and helpful. She also knew what she was talking about.We ordered various meals. All were excellent for the price and the guys in the kitchen (where you collect your meals) were obviously driven and professional. I love pub food and this was top of the range pub food.Apparently this place gets seriously busy on weekends. I would probably not visit then because I'm done with seriously busy (crowded/noisy/long wait) pubs. However, I am very glad to have experienced this place. It was warm, welcoming, had warm and welcoming staff and even the other patrons added to the good feelings. The food was excellent for the price.I wish I had a wonderful place like this close to where I live. I would be a regular without question."

"We got a fried rice and pad thai takeaway from the Belconnen restaurant. The rice was full of thickly cut onion and didn't taste great. The pad thai was cooked in tomato sauce and tasted acidic. This is not Thai food!!"

"I enjoy Ainslie Football Club. It is not the best vegan food I've ever eaten, but they have a wide choice and variety Italian to Asia. You would never expect to have as many options in a place like this, so it feels happy."
