"We thoroughly enjoyed the food we chose on our first visit. The staff were attentive, helpful and friendly. The decor and atmosphere is pleasing. Our orders were delivered promptly. The price was very good value. The only minor issue was the noise created by other patrons. We will definitely return."

"Pulp did not live up to the expectations set by the other reviews here. The price/performance was terrible; this place would get crucified in Melbourne. The steak and chips was ridiculously overpriced - 80% of the plate was cover in fries that may or may not have been McCains fries (embarrassing if restaurant-made). The tagliatelle was amazing in the sense that every ingredient was cooked to perfection but somehow the overall result had zero flavour. Still, dessert was excellent as were the staff who looked after us (hence the 3/5). Ultimately, I won't go back."

"Went here for a lovely meal 5 yrs ago and it was buzzing. meal was OK as well.However, it is now a shell of it's former self with large areas now unused.We went for a meal, and were very disappointed as the Bistro was closed, and we were the ONLY people in the bar area. Was a little incensed to have to pay $1.00 'visitors membership' been to many Clubs around Oz and never had to pay this !Don't waste your time , go to the Kingston Hotel about 0.5 Km away for good 'Pub Grub'."
