"Sushi Dragon has quickly become my favourite sushi restaurant. They have 2 stores, 1 located at Gymea which is big and spacious and Brighton Le Sands which is a bit on the smaller side but both are clean and great. The sushi is fresh and...you can see the Chef's cooking/making your sushi on the spot which is good. You are also able to order sushi and other meals off the menu. My favourites are the prawn aburi, salmon aburi and the normal dragon roll. They also offer a loyalty program which offers great savings so worth the join."

"Never have I had a bad meal at this place. The food is consistently sensational. It is so fresh and so satisfying. Portion sizes are extremely generous and the chefs, staff and family are all exceptionally friendly and welcoming.We ate there last week and I had the Chicken Katsu Curry. I don't think I am wrong in saying it was the best I have ever had. The chicken was immensely succulent and coated to perfection in breadcrumbs. The curry was flavoursome and spiced to absolute perfection. There is no other Sushi place I would even entertain in the Shire. Aomori wins, every single time!"

"Lovely local spot to get some Japanese. The food was delicious, and the service was outstanding. We were given cold water as soon as we arrived, and when the waiter realised I might be vegetarian she told us about the fish flakes in some of the food and got the dishes made vegetarian just for me. Will be making this a regular dinner place for sure!"

"We came to Moon Fresh Sushi in Miranda on a Sunday afternoon. We were greeted and presented with menus upon arrival and the server was extremely accomodating. We ordered the Chicken Teryaki Bento Box $27), Spicy Crunch Roll $16) and Alaska Roll $17) based on the chef's recommendation. Service was relatively fast and food came within 10 minutes. Though the bento box is a bit more expensive than your average one, the serving and quality of the bento box at Moon Fresh Sushi makes up for it. All of the box's components from the gyoza to teryaki chicken were delicious. The two rolls were very generous in serving sizes and the fillings complemented each other perfectly. Our three dishes easily fed four people and left us feeling very satisfied. Overall, our experience here was amazing and we would not hesitate to return anytime soon!"
