I can understand that a lot of work for this they should be happy) but this is not a good reason not to be friendly with customers. Above all, if the Chef answers the phone personally, a little gratitude is expected for choosing to call his Pizzeria. Original) Echt traurig. Sono anni che prenoto Pizza per tutta la famiglia una volta a settimana o quasi. Posso capire che il tanto lavoro per questo dovrebbero esserne felici) ma questo non è un buon motivo per non essere cordiali con i clienti. Sopratutto se al telefono risponde lo Chef personalmente ci si aspetta un po di gratitudine per aver scelto di telefonare la sua Pizzeria."
