"There is a reason for this three please read. The ribs are fantastic beef and pork they deserve a five, but what makes me give this wonderful place a three is the potato salad and the coleslaw. I tried the potato salad to find out it had a reputation of being bad and today I tried the cold slaw and it was just salad. I do plan to try this place again but beware of those sides. "I love carls, but sometimes the microphone does not work, and communication is difficult. the up-sale application then causes a simple order to be a long extended nightmare. they ask themselves, they are angry because I have no more orders they ask you again and again: do you want something more? and it never stops. I asked her five or six times, is that all, sir? do you want cake? smoothie? blah blah blah blah blah blah and once that I have actually canceled the job and. the person behind me forced to backup. they call their head office to complain and they have an answer machine. Carls eating is the best notch. but their TV ads are sad, and their service is really terrible through their own up-sale program. it shows respect for the customer and it doesn't matter to them. So I'm going to other burgers more often. carl listens to their customers for the first time. Stop shaking her like a Hollywood cult religion. five young, fat burger, wendys and even del taco make great burger. do not forget in-and-out. they need a time."

"Stopped by today n the manager.was supper rude today. She refused to give us her name. Did not process our order as requested. We work down the block n if she going to be there we will not be going back. Total lack of respect towards customers. Very rude. Other employees were afraid to give us her name n when asked she stated she would not give us her name n she was not wearing a name tag. Totally advise againt going thier. Not worth the headache."
