"Terrible service, went through the drive through to get a large meal. we sat at the intercom for a good five minutes before got served, then waited another 5 before we could pay and get drinks. The employees were All teenagers that have no clue on customer service and we’re bickering and yelling at each other the entire time while the window was open. It took about 15 minutes for our food to come out and the employee who gave us our food practically threw it in the car and didn’t say a word. How is this allowed. We were the only ones here in the drive through and inside was completely dead. When we returned home to eat the burgers were tough and had no sauce on them. DO NOT COME HERE!"

I complained and asked for a refund, and she hung me up that this assessment was not from blayze backstrom. it was by robyn sherman, didn't know how to change the name"

"Waited over half an hour in line at the drive through for the car in front to receive a large order. Instead of making the car go to a waiting bay and serving everyone else in the meantime they made all of us wait. "The meal was nice, but simple. The staff were efficient and provided ok service. We ordered steak's and parmigiana. Meal sizes were large and expensive compared to Perth prices currently. There drinks were limited and didn't do vodka lime and soda's."
