"PHD is known for their Pho (beef noodles) and they sure don't disappoint. The stock was full of flavour and not too sweet which is the way I love. I find most Pho in Australia tends to be too sweet. Beef was as fresh as it gets. I reckon top 3 pho joint in Sydney."
