"Legendary local delicacy. All longtime Geelong locals will know this place for its excellent quality, and very reasonable prices. Great place to take a roll or a small snack on the way through the CBD. Best Tip: The cheese and bacon rolls the first time in the morning, freshly cooked. Mmmhmmmhmm! <br>

"Bad time at rheingold. Arrived at 6 meal cost $40 and drink deal all you can drink for $30 THAT I think is the problem . not told meal pig on spit not served till 8.00 served 3 kinds of soup sauerkraut , potato and vegetable at about 6:30 when it was our table turn to line up for mains there was a choice of pig, beef and chicken accompanied by sauerkraut, pasta salad and boiled vegetables . NOT really impressed. Ambience was tacky and way too cramped and music that loud you could not hold a conversation. the was filled with younger people enjoying the all you can drink for $30. members of our party were subject to being hit by beer sodden napkins being thrown around and we had a camera...read more"

"Loveee the seafood here, very fresh. My bro in law even said their paela was even better than what they had in spain. I dont like calamari but i like theirs. Prawn was good but not really worth it 5pcs for $9, fish n chips was good, we ate there 3x, 3days we stay in Geelong, thats how good their seafood are. Buy then eat it outdoor while enjoying the scenery and watch the helicopter flying away on a sunny day. Perfect."

"Went for a lunch on Saturday. The reservation outside was ready and waiting, the staff were friendly and prompt. The meals arrived in a timely manner. The calamari was lovely as was the saganaki. That said, the chicken souvlaki was very disappointing. Only two very small slices of chicken with a meagre salad wrapped in bread was presented. In my opinion the souvlaki was underwhelming and it did not represent value for money. I expected more from a Greek restaurant. I'm sure other dishes would have been better."
