"We recently moved to Maitland, and tried the meals at the Yorke Valley Hotel, as I have Coeliac Disease, which means all my meals have to be Gluten FREE, I was totally amazed at all the Gluten Free, meals that are available,. The meals at the Yorke Valley Hotels are absolutely fantastic, and the staff are excellent especially Sharon, I really love the salads that are available, we always enjoy going to the Yorke Valley Hotel, it is a very friendly atmosphere, so when you come to Maitland, stop into the Yorke Valley Hotel and try the meals for yourself you won't be disappointed. from Shane & Lynn"

"We were sat on damp benches by a young lady who perhaps didn't know they had been washed. Staff scruffily dressed. Poor gluten free selection. Steak was delivered juices from steak tipped in my handbag which she did apologise for steak was mainly fat although the bit of meat was tender, mushroom sauce was warm snot in a pot. Disgusting."

"The last time we ate pies from here, there was a huge piece of gristle in the pie and we didn't go back. Unfortunately, we made the decision to try it again (after almost a year) and we were sadly disappointed. The pies are just gravy mostly, and no flavour. The sausage rolls weren't even cooked properly and we had to throw them out. Complete waste of money. You're paying $4.50 for a pie that mainly contains gravy and very little else. They should be ashamed of themselves."
