"Plenty of comfortable dining areas inside and out in this modern pub in the middle of Gawler plus undercover parking too. There for lunch, our group of eight had mixed feelings about the food and service. A couple of us were very pleased with our...crispy skin duck breast which you rarely see on a pub menu. Another's Caesar Salad was great but the fish, schnitzel and burger eaters rated theirs around average. Only one in our group had a dessert, lemon curd tart. She enjoyed it but had to wait half an hour before it was served."

"The food was good and the drinks range wasn’t bad. When it came to the sport it was pretty awful. Despite the Rugby Union World Cup final already being shown at half time they changed it to a random soccer game. After multiple requests ,...and the soccer game finishing we still couldn’t get the rugby. Not good enough"

"This is the place for that cup of tea or coffee and cake. Beautiful cakes made on the premises and tea as good as Fortnun and Masons in London. You can also order a cake for a special occasion. My friends and I stopped for afternoon tea while driving through Gawler , small cakes delicious."
